TELEPLAN TP handscreeding system
For generations, screed bars to prepare the bedding material for pavers, have been somehow rectangular shaped.
Result:
When pulling bedding material with such shaped screed bars, the screed bar tends to scape upwards. To avoid this, the bar has to be pressed down with high force and pulled at the same time. This is exhausting and time consuming work, especially as the work has to be carried out in a ergonimical bad body position, kneeing in the wet sand.
The new TELEPLAN TP aluminium profile from Probst however is sickle shaped. Therefore the profile cuts itself into the bedding material and does not move upwards. The force to push it down is not needed any more. Especially when screeding compacted sand, also when due to sideways obstacles the screed bar can not be moved sideways “swaing off” the material, the advatage of the TP profile is enormous.

Additional advantage: Two TP profiles can be connected together in order to be telescopically adjusted in a simple and sturdy way, so the working width can be set according the needs at any time.
Type: 100/165 · 150/260 · 200/350 serially equipped as follows:
- Two fixed clamping units to connect both profiles, clamping units can not get lost. Side parts with height adjustable height stop (ST-TP) on both sides, range of adjustment 0 -127 mm. Can be taken off quickly if required. Intergrated fitting for additional pulling handles HG-TP included in the side parts. One level indicator incorporated inside the TP profile. Sturdy and durable, but still lightweight Aluminium profile with high tensile material, weight only 1,3 kg per meter.
- Handle HG-TP : Accessories: Set of 2 pulling handles, allowing relaxed and ergonomically correct body position standing upright and not kneeing in the wet sand. Special accessory, can be fixed and released quickly to the side parts.
- Profile TP : 2,0 · 3,0 · 4,0 Aluminium profile only, without level indicators Prepared to fit the side parts ST-TP with height adjustable stops at any later time.
- Side parts ST-TP: Side parts with height adjustable supports, come as a pair. Range of adjustment 0 -127 mm, can be fitted and taken off at any time. With integrated fittings for handle HG-TP.
